Antenna and Antenna Accessory Warranty: Mohu warrants our antennas against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, the products will be replaced or repaired at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature, commercial use, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. This warranty is valid only in the USA and Canada.
There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase except to the extent that implied warranties of either sort are required by applicable law, in such case, each warranty is limited in duration to the one year.
Return Procedure:
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 90-days of the invoice date.
To qualify for a full refund, your order must have shipped directly from gomohu.com.
Before returning any product, check your shipping label, email receipt, or packing slip for the sellers contact information. If you did not order product directly from gomohu.com, return the product to the retailer where you purchased.
Mohu will not refund orders purchased from another reseller.
Mohu order numbers are ten digits and begin with 2354 (example 2354XXXXXX). If your order number does not resemble this sequence, the product you ordered was not purchased directly from us.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns received after 90-days will be returned to you.
All major carriers stop at our return center.
