If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but if you can't locate it please do the following:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  •  Look for a notice of attempted delivery - generally this is affixed to your front door.
  •  Look around the delivery location for your package.
  •  See if someone else accepted the delivery.

After following these steps if you are not able to locate your package please submit a ticket or call 855-446-6648 and we will investigate further.
