The MotionsEvent bug we wrote about on Tuesday has not been corrected yet. However, many of the backers suggested that we go ahead and release the firmware update since it fixes so many other issues. You are our partners in this project, and we listen to our partners. So, let's do this thing!
We are releasing the Channels Firmware Update on our website here:
You'll find the update and a link to the instructional video on that page. (If you experience any difficulties with the update, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-855-446-6648).
Backers have options to upgrade the unit themselves using the link above, or you can send your unit to us for an upgrade. If you choose to send your Channels unit in, it will take around two weeks before it is returned. If you choose the return option, please contact email@example.com for instructions.

For those of you still waiting for your Channels device, we're hoping to resume shipments on Friday, August 1st. We'll continue to update you on Tuesday and Fridays until shipping is complete.
We can't say enough about how much we value your feedback and participation in the project. It means a lot to the Mohu Team as we continue to improve Channels. There's more to do, but in the meantime we hope you enjoy the Firmware Update.
