If you are able to click up and down on the channel guide but are not able to select a channel to view please reboot your AirWave. Chances are it is not an app issue and rebooting the device will resolve the issue.
On the bottom of the bridge there is a small gray rectangular button that will allow you to reset your device. When a reset is done any information that was saved will be lost.
To restart: Press and hold for approximately 7 seconds.
