Please follow the steps below exactly to see if we can get your AirWave working again.

  1. Plug unit in and note that the blue light is for the WiFi so even if it is not on your unit is probably fine and should work after this process.  
  2. Tap reset (small gray button on bottom of bridge) and wait  for 10 seconds. Do this 2 times.
  3. Next hold the reset button for 7 seconds this should reset it back to factory settings. (Please do not hold it longer than 7 seconds).
  4. You will then need to wait 5 - 6 minutes while the image rebuilds and the blue light will be off during this process.
