If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but if you cannot locate it please do the following:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery - generally this is affixed to your front door.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
After following these steps if you are not able to locate your package please submit a ticket or call 877-825-5572 and we will investigate further.
